We recognize that institutions and individuals may experience difficulty making payment on time during this pandemic. While payments should be made on time and as billed, we are willing to provide extensions, upon request. If you are not able to make your payment due to COVID-19, we will extend a payment grace period on all coverages and services, for up to 90 days. This grace period will apply to payments due on or before May 1, 2020. Payments due after May 1, 2020 will follow the grace period specified in the group policy. Please note: This is applicable only for Member Benefits administered policies. Not applicable for any coverage administered directly by the insurance carrier. If you make your payments directly to your insurance carrier, please contact your insurance carrier directly for information related to their COVID-19 policy payment extension policies.
