We started our employee benefit plan in March. Considering the timing, it has been a roller coaster year. We have relied on help from our account manager all year, as this was our first experience managing these benefits. She has helped so much this year, always available to answer questions, help with employee changes, etc. Now we are starting the renewal process, and she’s helping us through this first renewal transition. We want to thank her especially for all the support, and also let you know it is greatly appreciated.
